Shifting Your balance towards Acidity . . .

Acidic foods include: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, grains, and legumes.

Acidic processed foods like white flour, sugars and drinks

Acidic beverages are coffee and soft drinks, like cokes

Drugs, artificial chemical sweeteners like Equal, Sweet 'N Low, NutraSweet, or Spoonful . . . , which are poison and extremely acidic

Most grains are acidic, and not forgetting what you cannot control . . . Emotional Stress

An acidic balance will:

affect the body's ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, affect the body in energy production in the cells, affect the body's ability in repairing damaged cells, affect the body's ability to detoxify making it more susceptible to fatigue and illness.

The intelligent body will try to compensate for acidity by using and adjusting alkaline minerals available in the body, to balance itself.

If the body does not have enough minerals, a build up of acids in the cells will occur.

Alkaline foods are: most fruits, green vegetables, peas, beans, lentils, spices, herbs and seasonings, and seeds and nuts.

Alkaline juices are: fig juice, green juices of all green vegetables and tops, carrots, beet, celery, pineapple and citrus juices.

All vegetable and fruit juices are highly alkaline.

To maintain health, the diet should consist of 60% alkaline foods and 40% acidic foods.

To restore health, the diet should consist of 80% alkaline forming foods and 20% acidic foods.

Human blood should be slightly alkaline between 7.35 - 7.45, below or above this range means symptoms and disease.

A blood pH balance of 6.9, which is only slightly acidic can induce, coma and death
